Article 4 — Supremacy of the Constitutio — Supremasi Konstitusi

Konstitusi ini adalah hukum tertinggi Republik Singapura dan setiap undang-undang yang dibuat oleh Legislatif setelah berlakunya Konstitusi ini yang bertentangan dengan Konstitusi ini, sepanjang pertentangan itu, batal.

This Constitution is the supreme law of the Republic of Singapore and any law enacted by the Legislature after the commencement of this Constitution which is inconsistent with this Constitution shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.

Article 9 — Liberty of the Person — Kebebasan Diri
