Submission Guidelines: The OSCOLA Standard
We pride ourselves on meticulous attention to detail. All submissions must strictly adhere to the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) and specific typographical constraints to ensure uniformity across our publications.
We require the exclusive use of footnotes (no in-text citations), specific margins, font configurations, and a strict adherence to a 1MB total file size limit. Plagiarism is strictly monitored, requiring a text-based Turnitin declaration within the manuscript.
