Article 2 — Unlawful Self-Enrichment

(1) Setiap orang yang secara melawan hukum melakukan perbuatan memperkaya diri sendiri atau orang lain atau suatu korporasi yang merugikan keuangan negara atau perekonomian negara, dipidana dengan pidana penjara seumur hidup atau pidana penjara paling singkat 4 (empat) tahun dan paling lama 20 (dua puluh) tahun dan denda paling sedikit Rp200.000.000,00 dan paling banyak Rp1.000.000.000,00.

(1) Any person who unlawfully commits an act enriching themselves, another person, or a corporation, which harms state finances or the state economy, shall be punished with life imprisonment or imprisonment of at least 4 (four) and at most 20 (twenty) years and a fine of at least IDR 200,000,000 and at most IDR 1,000,000,000.
