Section 300 — Murder — Murder

Pembunuhan yang dapat dipersalahkan (culpable homicide) menjadi pembunuhan (murder) apabila perbuatan yang menyebabkan kematian dilakukan dengan maksud menyebabkan kematian, atau dengan maksud menimbulkan luka tubuh yang diketahui pelaku mungkin menyebabkan kematian, atau yang dalam keadaan biasa cukup untuk menyebabkan kematian.

Culpable homicide is murder if the act by which death is caused is done with the intention of causing death, or with the intention of causing such bodily injury as the offender knows to be likely to cause death, or as is sufficient in the ordinary course of nature to cause death.
