Article 53 — Employment Quota

Android (Chrome/Edge): tap the ⋮ menu, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.

(1) Pemerintah, Pemerintah Daerah, Badan Usaha Milik Negara, dan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah wajib mempekerjakan paling sedikit 2% (dua persen) Penyandang Disabilitas dari jumlah pegawai atau pekerja.

(2) Perusahaan swasta wajib mempekerjakan paling sedikit 1% (satu persen) Penyandang Disabilitas dari jumlah pegawai atau pekerja.

English (British)

(1) The central government, regional governments, state-owned enterprises and regionally-owned enterprises must employ at least 2% (two per cent) persons with disabilities of their total staff or workers.

(2) Private companies must employ at least 1% (one per cent) persons with disabilities of their total staff or workers.
