Article 39 — Term of the Village Head

Android (Chrome/Edge): tap the ⋮ menu, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.

(1) Kepala Desa memegang jabatan selama 8 (delapan) tahun terhitung sejak tanggal pelantikan.

(2) Kepala Desa dapat menjabat paling banyak 2 (dua) kali masa jabatan, baik secara berturut-turut maupun tidak berturut-turut.

English (British)

(1) The village head holds office for 8 (eight) years from the date of inauguration.

(2) The village head may serve for a maximum of 2 (two) terms, whether consecutive or non-consecutive.
