Article 9 — Economic Rights of the Creator

(1) Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Cipta memiliki hak ekonomi untuk melakukan antara lain penerbitan, penggandaan, penerjemahan, pengadaptasian, pendistribusian, pertunjukan, pengumuman, komunikasi, dan penyewaan Ciptaan.

(2) Setiap Orang yang melaksanakan hak ekonomi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) wajib mendapatkan izin Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Cipta.

(3) Setiap Orang yang tanpa izin Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Cipta dilarang melakukan penggandaan dan/atau penggunaan secara komersial Ciptaan.

(1) A creator or copyright holder has the economic right to, among other things, publish, reproduce, translate, adapt, distribute, perform, announce, communicate and rent the work.

(2) Any person exercising the economic rights in paragraph (1) must obtain the permission of the creator or copyright holder.

(3) Any person is prohibited, without the creator's or copyright holder's permission, from reproducing and/or commercially using the work.
