Article 5 — Cooperative Principles

(1) Koperasi melaksanakan prinsip Koperasi sebagai berikut: a. keanggotaan bersifat sukarela dan terbuka; b. pengelolaan dilakukan secara demokratis; c. pembagian sisa hasil usaha dilakukan secara adil sebanding dengan besarnya jasa usaha masing-masing anggota; d. pemberian balas jasa yang terbatas terhadap modal; dan e. kemandirian.
