Article 158 — Ship Registration

Android (Chrome/Edge): tap the ⋮ menu, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
iPhone/iPad (Safari): tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”.
Windows/Mac (Chrome/Edge): click the install icon in the address bar, or the ⋮ menu, then “Install INKRAH”.

(1) Kapal yang telah diukur dan mendapatkan Surat Ukur dapat didaftarkan di Indonesia oleh pemilik kepada Pejabat Pendaftar dan Pencatat Baliknama Kapal.

(2) Pendaftaran kapal dilakukan terhadap kapal dengan ukuran tonase kotor sekurang-kurangnya GT 7 (tujuh Gross Tonnage).

English (British)

(1) A ship that has been measured and issued a measurement certificate may be registered in Indonesia by its owner with the Ship Registration and Transfer Registrar.

(2) Ship registration is carried out for ships of at least GT 7 (seven gross tonnage).
