Section 34 — Anti-Competitive Agreements — Prohibition of Anti-Competitive Agreements

Perjanjian antar-pelaku usaha, keputusan asosiasi pelaku usaha, atau praktik terkoordinasi yang bertujuan atau berdampak mencegah, membatasi, atau mendistorsi persaingan di Singapura, dilarang.

Agreements between undertakings, decisions by associations of undertakings or concerted practices which have as their object or effect the prevention, restriction or distortion of competition within Singapore are prohibited.

Section 47 — Abuse of Dominant Position — Prohibition of Abuse of Dominance

Any conduct on the part of one or more undertakings which amounts to the abuse of a dominant position in any market in Singapore is prohibited.

Section 54 — Mergers — Prohibition of Anti-Competitive Mergers
