— Definition of Personal Data
Bahasa IndonesiaData Pribadi adalah data tentang orang perseorangan yang teridentifikasi atau dapat diidentifikasi secara tersendiri atau dikombinasi dengan informasi lainnya baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui sistem elektronik atau nonelektronik.
English (British)Personal Data is data about an identified or identifiable natural person, whether on its own or combined with other information, directly or indirectly, through electronic or non-electronic systems.

— Categories of Personal Data
Bahasa Indonesia(1) Data Pribadi terdiri atas:
a. Data Pribadi yang bersifat spesifik; dan
b. Data Pribadi yang bersifat umum.
(2) Data Pribadi yang bersifat spesifik meliputi: data dan informasi kesehatan; data biometrik; data genetika; catatan kejahatan; data anak; data keuangan pribadi; dan/atau data lainnya sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
