Article 35 — Term of Trade Mark Protection

Android (Chrome/Edge): tap the ⋮ menu, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
iPhone/iPad (Safari): tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”.
Windows/Mac (Chrome/Edge): click the install icon in the address bar, or the ⋮ menu, then “Install INKRAH”.
Firefox/Samsung Internet: open the menu, then “Add to Home screen”, or save a bookmark.

(1) Merek terdaftar mendapat pelindungan hukum untuk jangka waktu 10 (sepuluh) tahun sejak Tanggal Penerimaan.

(2) Jangka waktu tersebut dapat diperpanjang untuk jangka waktu yang sama.

English (British)

(1) A registered Trade Mark receives legal protection for a period of 10 (ten) years from the Filing Date.

(2) That period may be renewed for the same length of time.
