Article 1 — Definition of Electronic Information

Informasi Elektronik adalah satu atau sekumpulan data elektronik, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada tulisan, suara, gambar, peta, rancangan, foto, electronic data interchange (EDI), surat elektronik, telegram, teleks, telecopy atau sejenisnya, huruf, tanda, angka, kode akses, simbol, atau perforasi yang telah diolah yang memiliki arti atau dapat dipahami oleh orang yang mampu memahaminya.

Electronic Information is one or a set of electronic data, including but not limited to text, sound, images, maps, designs, photographs, electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic mail, telegram, telex, telecopy or the like, letters, signs, figures, access codes, symbols, or perforations that have been processed and have meaning or can be understood by a person able to understand them.

Setiap Orang dengan sengaja menyerang kehormatan atau nama baik orang lain dengan cara menuduhkan suatu hal, dengan maksud supaya hal tersebut diketahui umum dalam bentuk Informasi Elektronik dan/atau Dokumen Elektronik yang dilakukan melalui Sistem Elektronik.
