English (British)(2) The whole of the earth, water and air space, including the natural resources contained therein within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, as a gift of the One Almighty God, are the earth, water and air space of the Indonesian nation and constitute national wealth.

— Types of Land Rights
Bahasa Indonesia(1) Hak-hak atas tanah ialah: a. hak milik; b. hak guna usaha; c. hak guna bangunan; d. hak pakai; e. hak sewa; f. hak membuka tanah; g. hak memungut hasil hutan; dan h. hak-hak lain yang tidak termasuk dalam hak-hak tersebut yang akan ditetapkan dengan undang-undang.
