Article 7 — Incorporation

(1) Perseroan didirikan oleh 2 (dua) orang atau lebih dengan akta notaris yang dibuat dalam bahasa Indonesia.

(4) Perseroan memperoleh status badan hukum pada tanggal diterbitkannya keputusan menteri mengenai pengesahan badan hukum Perseroan.

English (British)

(1) A company is established by 2 (two) or more persons by a notarial deed drawn up in the Indonesian language.

(4) A company acquires legal-entity status on the date the minister's decision ratifying the company's legal personality is issued.
