Article 14 — Mortgage Certificate

(3) Sertipikat Hak Tanggungan mempunyai kekuatan eksekutorial yang sama dengan putusan pengadilan yang telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap.

(2) The mortgage certificate bears the heading 'IN THE NAME OF JUSTICE BASED ON BELIEF IN THE ONE ALMIGHTY GOD'.

(3) The mortgage certificate has the same executory force as a final and binding court judgment.
