Article 45 — Informed Consent

Android (Chrome/Edge): tap the ⋮ menu, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.

Windows/Mac (Chrome/Edge): click the install icon in the address bar, or the ⋮ menu, then “Install INKRAH”.

(1) Setiap tindakan kedokteran atau kedokteran gigi yang akan dilakukan oleh dokter atau dokter gigi terhadap pasien harus mendapat persetujuan.

(2) Persetujuan diberikan setelah pasien mendapat penjelasan secara lengkap.

(1) Every medical or dental action to be taken by a doctor or dentist on a patient must obtain consent.
