(1) Jangka waktu Perlindungan Varietas Tanaman: a. 20 (dua puluh) tahun untuk tanaman semusim; dan b. 25 (dua puluh lima) tahun untuk tanaman tahunan.
(1) The term of plant-variety protection is: a. 20 (twenty) years for seasonal plants; and b. 25 (twenty-five) years for perennial plants.
