— Definition of Road Traffic and Transport
Bahasa IndonesiaLalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan adalah satu kesatuan sistem yang terdiri atas Lalu Lintas, Angkutan Jalan, Jaringan Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, Prasarana Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, Kendaraan, Pengemudi, Pengguna Jalan, serta pengelolaannya.
English (British)Road traffic and transport is a single system comprising traffic, road transport, the traffic-and-transport network, traffic-and-transport infrastructure, vehicles, drivers, road users, and their management.

Article 77
— Obligation to Hold a Driving Licence
Bahasa Indonesia(1) Setiap orang yang mengemudikan Kendaraan Bermotor di Jalan wajib memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi sesuai dengan jenis Kendaraan Bermotor yang dikemudikan.
English (British)(1) Every person who drives a motor vehicle on the road must hold a driving licence appropriate to the type of motor vehicle driven.

Article 106
— Driving with Due Care and Seat-belts
Bahasa Indonesia(1) Setiap orang yang mengemudikan Kendaraan Bermotor di Jalan wajib mengemudikan kendaraannya dengan wajar dan penuh konsentrasi.
(6) Setiap orang yang mengemudikan Kendaraan Bermotor beroda empat atau lebih di Jalan dan Penumpang yang duduk di sampingnya wajib mengenakan sabuk keselamatan.
English (British)(1) Every person driving a motor vehicle on the road must drive reasonably and with full concentration.
(6) Every person driving a four-wheeled (or more) motor vehicle on the road, and the passenger seated beside them, must wear a seat-belt.
