Bahasa IndonesiaMinyak Bumi adalah hasil proses alami berupa hidrokarbon yang dalam kondisi tekanan dan temperatur atmosfer berupa fasa cair atau padat; Gas Bumi adalah hasil proses alami berupa hidrokarbon yang dalam kondisi tekanan dan temperatur atmosfer berupa fasa gas.
English (British)Petroleum is the product of a natural process in the form of hydrocarbons that, at atmospheric pressure and temperature, is in a liquid or solid phase; natural gas is the product of a natural process in the form of hydrocarbons that, at atmospheric pressure and temperature, is in a gas phase.
Penguasaan
Bahasa Indonesia(1) Minyak dan Gas Bumi sebagai sumber daya alam strategis tidak terbarukan yang terkandung di dalam wilayah hukum pertambangan Indonesia merupakan kekayaan nasional yang dikuasai oleh negara.
(2) Penguasaan oleh negara diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah sebagai pemegang kuasa pertambangan.
