Bahasa IndonesiaPerlindungan Petani adalah segala upaya untuk membantu Petani dalam menghadapi permasalahan kesulitan memperoleh prasarana dan sarana produksi, kepastian usaha, risiko harga, kegagalan panen, praktik ekonomi biaya tinggi, dan perubahan iklim.
English (British)Farmer protection is every effort to help farmers face difficulties in obtaining production infrastructure and inputs, business certainty, price risk, crop failure, high-cost economic practices, and climate change.
Tujuan
Bahasa IndonesiaPerlindungan dan Pemberdayaan Petani bertujuan antara lain mewujudkan kedaulatan dan kemandirian Petani; melindungi Petani dari fluktuasi harga, praktik ekonomi biaya tinggi, dan gagal panen; serta meningkatkan kemampuan dan kapasitas Petani dalam menjalankan usaha tani.
English (British)The protection and empowerment of farmers aims, among other things, to realise farmers' sovereignty and self-reliance; to protect farmers from price fluctuations, high-cost practices and crop failure; and to improve farmers' ability and capacity to run their farming business.
