Ketentuan Umum

Article 1 — Definition of State Finances

Keuangan Negara adalah semua hak dan kewajiban negara yang dapat dinilai dengan uang, serta segala sesuatu baik berupa uang maupun berupa barang yang dapat dijadikan milik negara berhubung dengan pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban tersebut.

State finances are all rights and obligations of the State that can be valued in money, as well as everything, whether money or goods, that can be made state property in connection with the exercise of those rights and obligations.

Article 3 — Principles of Management

(1) Keuangan Negara dikelola secara tertib, taat pada peraturan perundang-undangan, efisien, ekonomis, efektif, transparan, dan bertanggung jawab dengan memperhatikan rasa keadilan dan kepatutan.

(1) State finances are managed in an orderly manner, in compliance with legislation, and efficiently, economically, effectively, transparently and responsibly, with regard to fairness and propriety.

Article 6 — Management Authority
