Article 45 — Penalty for Attack on Honour

(4) Setiap Orang yang dengan sengaja menyerang kehormatan atau nama baik orang lain sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 27A dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 2 (dua) tahun dan/atau denda paling banyak Rp400.000.000,00.

(4) Any person who knowingly attacks another's honour or reputation as referred to in Article 27A is liable to imprisonment of up to 2 (two) years and/or a fine of up to IDR 400,000,000.
