Bahasa IndonesiaHak Cipta adalah hak eksklusif pencipta yang timbul secara otomatis berdasarkan prinsip deklaratif setelah suatu ciptaan diwujudkan dalam bentuk nyata tanpa mengurangi pembatasan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
English (British)Copyright is the exclusive right of a creator that arises automatically on a declaratory basis once a work is realised in a tangible form, without prejudice to restrictions under legislation.

— Term of Protection
Bahasa Indonesia(1) Pelindungan Hak Cipta atas ciptaan tertentu (antara lain buku, ceramah, lagu, drama, seni rupa) berlaku selama hidup Pencipta dan terus berlangsung selama 70 (tujuh puluh) tahun setelah Pencipta meninggal dunia, terhitung mulai tanggal 1 Januari tahun berikutnya.
English (British)(1) Copyright protection for certain works (among others books, lectures, songs, drama, fine art) applies for the life of the creator and continues for 70 (seventy) years after the creator's death, counted from 1 January of the following year.
